In a world filled with uncertainty, for those who trust in Christ Jesus and the finished work on the Cross, the Word of God is the only source of comfort and directionality. Many who profess to be Christians do not know or experience the significance of the Bible they hold in their hands. If God is our creator, then Bible is the manual of our life. It contains all the manufacturer's instructions to run life peacefully and joyfully. That's why I named this book series, Bible Praxis. The Greek word 'praxis' means to apply, put to use, act upon, the concept of putting theory into practice. As I study, meditate, and teach the Bible, book by book, verse by verse, word by word, how do I act upon it practically? Bible Praxis is an attempt to understand the Bible and living it out practically.

This is the first book in the series, the book of Colossians. The other books of the Bible will follow, God willing. If, in my lifetime, I am able to study, meditate, and teach the Bible, book by book, verse by verse, word by word - all the 66 books of the Bible and complete the Bible Praxis series, I would be grateful to God, if the coming of the Lord tarries!
