Bizarre Bazooka Bandits: Graffiti Novel

Paul Matema Sambakaluma

The Bizarre Bazooka Bandits in an innovative way of writing. Incorporating hip hopera plus rap comic strips to come up with a hybrid genre graffiti novel not graphic novel.

The story is delivered in rap storytelling style and the comic strips in graffiti or murals style. This play or story does not follow the traditional 3 act story structure which is beginning, middle and end but I break it down into that structure of 2 different plays 1 and 2 separately. The victims of play 1 and 2 become victorious so they are no longer mentioned in play 3 and 4 which concentrates on the villains of play 1 and 2. Below is the summarizatiom:
Start/Background: (a) Zaza is relaxed at a bus stop. Zaza and Mimi both victims feature in Act 1 and 2 only. They are out of the picture in Act 3 and 4.In Act 3 and 4 actions happen at a secret prison facility plus the story shifts to the challenges and conflict facing the villains. (b)Mimi goes for a date with high expectations stepping out of her comfort zone into a normal life trajectory which is dating. Act 1 and 2 does not give many details about the victims and villains background but only that victims are quickly thrown off balance as the story begins. (c) RED-JAW has no idea what awaits him in jail (d) Prison Warden goes about his routine of torturing inmates
Rising Action: (a) Zaza is taken to an abandoned warehouse to be abused. (b) RED-JAW abuses Mimi in the restaurant bathroom (c) RED-JAW is raped by the BBB. He now realizes the consequences of his mistakes. This is double punishment; that he is in jail, he realizes he has been thrust in a survival of the strongest situation and is constantly raped. The BBB claim him as their property like a sex slave. (d) Gonzo leader of BBB takes prison warden as hostage.
Climax: (a) Zaza by coincidence comes across rapist. There is enough impetus to act swiftly since the opportunity presents itself. Mob justice and citizen arrest culprit before police come (b) RED-JAW tries all tricks to bribe the justice system and Mimi's family (c ) RED-JAW snitches against BBB which is the monkey wrench (d) BBB versus prison warden and 2 constables locked up gas containers storage.
Falling Action: (a) BBB gets 25 years in jail. (b)Forensic scientists come up with conclusive evidence (c) RED-JAW visits therapists and he is changed to another jail. (d) Gas explosion destroys part of the building and the ceiling collapses.
Foreshadowing: The victims do not get any warnings or prophesies things happen when they least expect them. BBBs and RED-JAW are given 25 years in jail with hard labor. They do not understand what this means until they arrive at the prison.
Resolution/Aftermath: (a) Zaza gets married and graduates. Life does not get back to normal because the past cannot be erased. Zaza soldiers on knowing she has overcome adversity. (b)Mimi gets full support from family to be strong and keeps moving forward. (c) RED-JAW gets out of jail a reformed and repentant man .There is not much details of how or if he goes to face victims and apologize since in jail he wanted to but never got the chance.(d) BBB, corrupt constables and warden die awkwardly.
