Frida Rose is a multi-passionate creatress dedicated to creative self-expression and self-care. Her journey began in childhood, when she discovered the healing power of contemporary poetry and storytelling as an escape from abuse.
After journaling through trauma healing and spiritual awakening in 2018, Frida founded Journaling is Self-Care LLC in 2020 to help other women tap into the transformative power of journaling for self-expression, spiritual healing, and self-care.
Now, Frida enjoys a vibrant life in Downtown Baltimore, filled with hiking, yoga, connecting with her soul tribe, and of course, creating art.
