About the Author

Blake Gore creates miniature art using a .15mm pen on canvases often no larger than an inch or two. Working without magnification or formal training, he discovered drawing at age 37 while serving as an adviser at Vanderbilt University. What began as a creative outlet quickly became a passion. His hand-drawn miniatures are now featured in galleries and private collections around the world. Blake has collaborated with brands such as Jo-Ann Stores, Monopoly/Hasbro, BLICK Art Materials, and Sakura of America. A Mississippi native and Ole Miss graduate, he now lives with his family in Virginia's New River Valley.
