Journey to Ethiopia: 1962 - 1964

Nyle Kardatzke

John F. Kennedy was elected President of the United States in 1960. At his inauguration on January 20, 1961, he said, "Ask not what your country can do for you-ask what you can do for your country."

A twenty-two-year-old American responded by joining the Peace Corps to teach for two years in Ethiopia. This book describes his experiences in that extraordinary, fascinating and unforgettable country.
