Keeper of the Lost Flame is a powerful and gripping continuation. Lit is a little older, I think about 17, and the threats he faces are darker and more dangerous. What I really loved was the relationship between him and Greta. Their feelings for each other are complicated, conflicted and filled with longing. Many unforgtettable characters and the world building was phenomenal.

This was fast paced but with the lore and other twists, it was very engaging.

Where magic, destiny, and courage all come together in the most captivating way and the journey had that perfect balance of action, wonder, and heartfelt moments that kept me hooked from start to finish. It's the kind of book that makes you want to slow down just so you can savor every detail. Also, what really stood out to me was how much the story made me reflect on the value of courage and resilience in our own lives. Even when the characters faced overwhelming challenges, they kept going, reminding me that sometimes it's the hardest battles that shape us the most. It's not just a fantasy tale, it's a reminder that growth often comes from stepping into the unknown.

I thought the first part was way too good to be topped but this one the exceptional. I love it. There is lots of magic, mysteries and dark secrets too. I also loved the connection between Greta and Lit. The tension between them was awesome. This is a lovely book and will recommend it

The mythology deepens, the world expands, and this series gets better. I found myself hooked even stronger than when I read the first book. this started for me with the first chapter. The protagonist has grown tremendously, and I'm excited to see what happens next in this series.
