Kenco is in Manhatten for The World Clown Championships, but becomes mistaken for a local gang member, and is then, innocently connected to a major Bank heist.

He escapes with almost a quarter million dollars and is then pursued from East to West America, State to State with the untraceable cash plus the fantastic aid of a hidden identity.

He's hunted by the Cops and the Mob, who initially only have evidence of a Clown on the CCTV pictures as he continues his journey of avoidance from them.

But does their intelligence improve?

And can his luck, hold out?
