Bring together two judges from the World Cheese Awards and you have a wealth of knowledge garnered from years of travelling and tasting. One Cheese to Rule Them All is a distillation of that experience to make a gift book that showcases just 100 cheeses, offering some charming geekery against a backdrop of the people, places and history that define these world-class cheeses.

Expect fun stories, fascinating facts, and an odyssey through decades of cheese awards to discover the one cheese to rule them all.
