years' experience in both international and UK private and public sector organizations and 5
years as a full-time academic with a subject specialism in HRM.

Ding, Jacques: - Jacques Ding is a lecturer in Work and Organizational at the University of Chichester. He is currently collaborating with an international team of academics and industry partners to research well-being micro-interventions and leadership.
