The 177^th Anniversary Annual Meeting of the Philosophical Society of Texas was held February 6-8, 2015, in Tyler, Texas. The meeting's Proceedings include a summary of the weekend's activities, list of Society members and board members at the time, transcripts or summaries of meeting sessions, and biographical information about speakers and about members who passed the previous year. The theme of the meeting was "Healthcare Delivery: A New Reality". President Kirk Calhoun, M.D. organized the program. The speakers discussed the current state of healthcare in Texas, including economics, policy and delivery. Participants included: Kirk A. Calhoun, David L.
