Gilpin, Jenny: - Jenny Gilpin was the founder of City Hearts, a UK charity that cared for over 3,500 clients with a team of 170 people, an organisation that eventually multiplied its reach through partnerships in Ghana and the Netherlands. Their work also helped shape victim care legislation in the UK.Jenny's heart for people is founded within her incredible story of healing and hope. At three weeks old, she was adopted by a family that took her as their own, lavishing her with care and every opportunity, but she struggled with rejection and perfectionism. The unknowns ofher past and her shrouded identity drove her to seek out her biological mother in an attempt to find herself. It was only at sixteen, through a profound encounter with God that Jenny experienced the breakthroughher heart desired. What she found in her new relationship with the Holy Spirit ignited a passion in her to help other people.Jenny and her husband Dave, founded and established churches in Britain before moving to the Gold Coast, Australia. They are now itinerant ministers and Jenny is also a not-for-profit coach.
