The first girl's disappearance was a surprise. The second missing girl was a warning no one heeded. And the third vanishing became a pattern. It happened like clockwork. Every month, another girl, gone. Just like that. It wasn't likely for anyone to go missing in the town of White Falls. There was nowhere to run and nowhere to hide, trapped within the four corners of their small, sunless and starless town. Secluded from the rest of the outside world that was charred, supposedly from a sixty-year-old war, White Falls and the people within all resided for the past thirty years with beliefs that they were safe and sound.
