In this reimagining of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's works, Sherlock Holmes and John Watson find themselves living out the American dream as the feline friends of Charlotte Downing, owner and operator of 221B Bakery. Unfortunately, Carlie Augustina Milverton is also living out her demented version of the American dream by blackmailing numerous entrepreneurs thriving off the coast of Washington State on the island of Tampica.

Determined to save their sweet young person, Sherlock and Watson plot to confiscate the blackmailer's evidence only to find themselves unwitting participants in a murder cover-up. Will they be able to vindicate Carlie's victims, or will the wicked blackmailer haunt them from her grave?
