With 27 years of teaching experience, spanning primary education and university-level instruction, Lily integrates her passion of culture, history, and psychology with the transformative practices of Yoga. As an adjunct professor of Yoga Philosophy and Methodology at Butler University, she bridges the depth of Yoga's roots with its practical applications in contemporary life. Lily is the founder of two International Yoga Alliance Certified Schools, offering 200-hour foundational and 300-hour advanced teacher certifications. She has presented at over 30 certified Yoga programs and schools worldwide. Since 2014, she has also founded Blooming Life Yoga Studio and School, and Nourished Heart Yoga Training and Travel, cultivating spaces for meaningful and transformative experiences.
