3rd March 1960 - A plane carrying Elvis Presley lands at a snowy Scottish airport. An orchestrated meeting with the King of Rock and Roll is to set off a catastrophic chain of events.

14th February 1985 -A serial killer stalks the streets of Nottingham. Local band, The Bulletproof Souls have just played their biggest ever gig. Yet tragedy is waiting outside for them.

15th February 2022 - A mutilated body is found on a rain lashed Nottingham street. Right outside the music venue that played host to the ill-fated concert from thirty seven years ago. One of The Bulletproof Souls has been viciously murdered.

DCI Gideon Fox is struggling to put the jigsaw together. Are the events almost four decades apart connected? Can he solve it quickly, so he can deal with putting a certain Serbian crime lord behind bars?
