In The Cat and the Rat, one day Charlie the cat notices that a rat named Sam has snuck into his home which Charlie shares with his human family. Charlie tries everything in his power to get Sam out of his house. Finally Sam the rat gets tired of being chased. After all, he only wants to be a part of the cat's family. So, he decides to introduce himself to the cat named Charlie. After a rather intense introduction, the cat and rat become good friends.
