The Circle of Fire will dare to capture a Russian navy landing ship and sail it out of the war zone. But before they can reach safety, they will have to contend with a crew of unruly Russian conscripts, stormy seas and an unscheduled stop at a migrant camp in Greece.

Meanwhile, Jan and Kelly's Afghan friend, Hafizullah, is still being held captive by the Americans at Guantanamo Bay. Losing hope, he makes contact with extremists who are planning to break out of prison and unleash terror attacks against the United States.

Old friends and new enemies will clash on a dangerous voyage that will test Jan's leadership and determine the fate of the Circle of Fire.
