Hagan, Bob And Sue: - Bob Hagan is the CEO and co-founder of Club SciKidz, LLC, a nationally recognized children's enrichment company that has been inspiring young scientists since 1997. That summer, after completing his first year of teaching, Bob created his very first camp: "The Science of Hollywood's Special Effects." What began as a single program with a handful of curious students has grown into a thriving network of STEM camps, after-school programs, and workshops that reach children ages 4-15 across the United States and, most recently, internationally in India.A former classroom teacher, Bob holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with concentrations in K-12 Science and Learning and Behavior Disorders. Throughout his teaching career, he demonstrated an exceptional ability to ignite curiosity and cultivate talent in young learners. In 2000, he coached a team of middle school students to a first-place victory at the Kentucky Science Olympiad State Championship-a milestone that reflected both his passion for science education and his gift for mentoring.Recognizing the need for high-quality STEM programs beyond the traditional classroom, Bob began franchising Club SciKidz in 2007. Today, the company operates 22 franchise locations across the U.S. while continuing to grow each year. Bob also maintains and operates the company's Atlanta-based corporate location, ensuring he stays connected to the hands-on spirit of the work that started it all.At the heart of Bob's vision is the belief that every child deserves the chance to see themselves as a scientist, engineer, or innovator. His programs emphasize inquiry, creativity, and real-world problem-solving-equipping students with the skills and confidence to thrive in a rapidly changing world. When he's not developing new STEM initiatives or supporting franchise owners, Bob enjoys life at home in Atlanta with his wife and business partner, Sue, whose partnership has been instrumental in the growth of Club SciKidz. They share their home with Olive, an English Cream Golden Retriever who holds the unofficial but very important title of Chief Happiness Officer-a daily reminder that science, like life, is best pursued with joy and curiosity.
