The land has many lessons and shares its wisdom with those who would listen. In The Land Speaks, a young girl is taught to hear the land by her mosôm, who accompanies her throughout the seasons to her special spot. Every season bears its gifts, and these gifts will stay with her all her life--even after she returns to the woods without her mosôm, for no-one is alone under the open Prairie sky, in the forest's embrace, or in the company of our animal teachers.
