The Redline Heist

Michael Mersault

Race to the death on the asteroid highway!

A gentleman thief. A supersoldier survivor. An alien mystery.

Sophisticated, megarich thrillseekers drawn to a backwater system of the Confederated Worlds find more than they expected within the catacombs of a mysterious alien base: not only the anachronistic road warrior theme park where 20th Century "Old Earth" motor vehicles are raced for riches and glory, but an alien secret that has hidden within the asteroid for millennia. While the super-rich conduct business both licit and illicit, Warren Springer Stowe, self-professed acquisitions expert, and Cherry Aisha, veteran of the infamous Blue Light Brigade, become motorsport gladiators in a deadly series of high-speed clashes--and discover treasure beyond either's greatest imaginings.

About the Author

Mersault, Michael: - Although born in the northwestern United States, Michael Mersault spent his formative years in a series of magical locales, including expat communities in the Middle East, a secretive air base in the Arizona desert, and an Alaskan fishing village. These endless hours of travel prompted an enduring love for books that continues unabated.

At times in his adult years, he has dabbled in kickboxing, competitive marksmanship, and international business ventures. He now lives as a semi-recluse back in the northwest, where he fluctuates between the paths of a confirmed technophile and a neo-Luddite.

Praise for this book

Praise for The Deep Man:
"In his first novel, The Deep Man, Mersault combines themes from Dune, Hornblower, and the Aubrey/Maturin books by the late Patrick O'Brian, to create a space adventure tale . . . Recommended to fans of Honor Harrington, Eric Flint, and Patrick O'Brian." --Cirsova Magazine

Praise for The Silent Hand:

"Fans of epic sci-fi such as Dune who eschew the length and depth of such writings, but celebrate their energy and complexity, will welcome the more succinct but equally vivid The Silent Hand. This is space adventure and world-building at its best as Michael Mersault creates a story of interstellar war, a street urchin who comes of age to become a lethal combat force, and a military confrontation that unleashes unexpected new powers that place Inga in the vortex of universe-altering events. The result is an epic story worthy of attention by any who look for vivid, immersive plots." -- Midwest Book Review
