Another in a long line of truly fascinating poems for young people about school, work, and life in general. There may be a few nuggets of wisdom in there as well. Well, "fascinating" may be a little bit of an overstatement. The book is meant to be hopeful and is written by a former teacher and all-around good guy (perhaps slightly crabby on occasion). Most of the poems are in rhyme and one or two pages in length. They come from the author's real-life experience and some, like "The Sock Thief", are whimsical and humorous. They are about familiar personalities and situations that we all encounter on our quest for happiness.
