This book shows from the Bible why tithing to the church is not a New Testament church doctrine, and how instead it is a twisted, legalistic stronghold based on church tradition and church culture.
It goes a step further and traces the origin of the present day tithing confusion back to spiritual errors the Church made during the sixth century. Then, during a great apostasy ushering in the Dark Ages, it first introduced church tithing, not by authority of New Testament scriptures, but by the authority of man through edicts of Church councils.
The book goes another step further and develops the idea that the types of spiritual attacks that have caused so much trouble for the Church over the centuries are often the same types that gave so much trouble to Jesus and Paul, namely Phariseeism and Judaizing, both of which Satan still uses to sell tithing to the Church through his church-tithe gaslighting operation.
It gives suggestions for Spirit-led believers in Christ to prevail against the church-tithing stronghold and against other strongholds where the enemy uses the same strategy and tactics.
