The seeds of curiosity were sown when I first encountered the works of pioneering vegan advocates. Their compelling arguments, grounded in compassion, justice, and sustainability, resonated deeply with me. As I delved deeper, I discovered a rich tapestry of philosophical, historical, and cultural contexts that underpin the vegan movement.

My exploration took me across continents, from the vibrant streets of African cities to the tranquil countryside of European villages. I engaged with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique story of embracing veganism. From activists to entrepreneurs, artists to athletes, their experiences underscored the universality of vegan values.

Through this journey, I came to realize that veganism is more than a dietary choice or lifestyle; it is a powerful catalyst for change. By examining the intersections of food, culture, and ethics, we can unlock new possibilities for personal growth, community empowerment, and environmental stewardship.

The veganism Virtues is the first book of its kind to encompass vegan literature and its perception in Africa drawing lessons from the limited sources available both online and in libraries, it traces the infinite signs of veganism in Africa, builds the vegan concept as a philosophy, reality and ideology. It tackles the misconceptions which I find to be true and how we can solidly rebate them, I try as much as possible to define the vegan concepts in the simplest form possible for researchers, academicians, think tanks, organizations and the global community.
