Her back to the wall, Antigone Baines must uncover those responsible for an attempt on the unlife of Prince Calebros and her own exile from the Tremere Pyramid. As she gathers up the shards of the conspiracy known as the Conventicle, Antigone must discern who can be trusted and forge that remnant into a weapon that might save her and her regent. Time is running out, however, and if she cannot find vindication in the judgment of the living, she must seek it in the redemption of her dead.
