Dale, Stephanie: - Dr Stephanie Dale is the visionary founder of the International Wellbeing-through-writing Institute. She has a PhD in wellbeing and writing, and leads transformative writing programs and retreats globally.Stephanie pioneered writing for wellbeing in rural and remote areas of Australia, including the Outback, where she has worked with communities in recovery from natural disaster and newly literate Indigenous adults.She is an award-winning journalist, author, and a traveling writer with a passion for pilgrimage. She leads transformative writing programs and retreats globally, inspiring women to harness the genius of writing for courage, connection, recovery and growth.
