Bailey Boone is a young engineer in need of a total life reset. Well, what better way to reset than by accepting a job across the country in glitzy Las Vegas! Even better, he's got a couple months of free time before settling into work. The only problem? He doesn't know a soul.

Well, there is one person: Caroline Schwartz, his former hometown babysitter and the only person he even remotely knows in the entire city. Caroline's a struggling stylist working for a diva pop star, Molly Pop, on her Vegas residency. It's a great gig, but she's hanging onto that job by a thread. That is, until Bailey comes around.
