After a lifetime of emotional struggles, feeling misunderstood by the world around her, and feeling like she was in a constant state of treading water Courtney Carini was diagnosed with ADHD in 2020 at the age of 38. She had built a successful multi-million dollar walnut snack company, but was still feeling lost, trapped, and bogged down by being spread too thin. She then spent the next 3 years deeply entrenched in all things ADHD, and learning to completely restructure and approach her life in a way that worked with her unique brain in this neurotypical world, and find her place with a clear path forward. Courtney started documenting her ADHD journey on social media and found a supportive and welcoming community there. She has gotten her ADHD Coaching Certification where she now supports clients with their ADHD Journey and managing their conditions.
