About the Author
Orvil (Ty) Tice, entered full time Ministry with his wife, Betsy, over 30 years ago. He has served as a pastor both with Church of God (Cleveland, TN) and F.G.R.M.C. He has also served as a Christian counselor, and at present serves as the overseer of Full Gospel Restoration Ministers and Churches. He is also the president of Focus Bible College. Orvil holds a Master of Theology in Christian Counseling, and a Doctor of Theology in Leadership from Summit Bible College. If you take the time to ask him, he will tell you that the Greatest Qualification he possesses are the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and walking in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit.
