About the Author

Kisak has degrees in Engineering Physics & Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan and is an Engineer & Former Intelligence Officer for the CIA & US Intelligence Community with over 31 years of study in ballistics, hand-loading and the analysis and mathematical modeling of weapons and weapons systems.
