Arthur's summer vacation starts out wet and soggy, but a little creativity may lead to more fun than he expects!

This summer, Arthur is going on a family vacation. Only he'd rather be with his friend Buster. The hotel pool is no bigger than a bathtub, it's pouring rain, and his little sister D.W. seems peskier than ever. It seems like all there is to do is write post cards, but that gets boring fast.

Arthur decides to take charge and find new things for his whole family to try. His unexpected outings are a blast--even in the rain! Maybe family vacation isn't so bad after all...
