Wonderful Book with Excellent Theme of Jealousy and Special Needs

As as reading specialist and expert educator with many years of experience, I would highly recommend this book to anyone. It would be a fantastic resource for a teacher read aloud or could be read independently by students in grades 2 and up. The author does an excellent job of establishing and developing the theme of jealousy with the events in the plot. The book treats the concept of disability with sensitivity and compassion, which serves as an excellent model for all students. Furthermore, it contains rich vocabulary with strong contextual support. The book is fun, humorous, keeps the attention of the reader, and is sure to be enjoyed by everyone that picks it up.
