Beating the Blues This Holiday Season: Learn why the holiday season is a difficult time of the year for many people, and what you can do to help yours

Bobbie Rill

Grief is an inevitable part of life, arising from the loss of a loved one or other significant trauma. Though universal, it is frequently misunderstood. Many believe it should be quickly overcome, expecting those who grieve to "move on." However, grief is complex and requires active healing.

While it can feel overwhelming, with support and correct steps, finding balance and joy again is possible. You will smile again, enjoy the sunrise, and move forward. Bobbie Rill has experienced both sides of grief, the dark side and the way back to a meaningful life.
