NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLING SERIES!

Nate Wright's back with more chaos, laughs, and middle-school mischief in Big Nate Makes the Grade! From overflowing lockers and detention records to love poems gone wrong and science-class pranks, this full-color comics collection is unmissable.

Sixth grader Nate Wright is back in Big Nate Makes the Grade, bringing all his trademark mischief, chaos, and laugh-out-loud antics to a new school year. From his overflowing locker that's half garbage dump, half treasure trove, to his unstoppable streak of detentions, Nate's life at P.S. 38 is anything but ordinary. He tries (and fails) to impress his crush with a love poem, outsmart the brainy Gina in class competitions, and make his stoic science teacher laugh with increasingly outrageous pranks.

Alongside his loyal friends Francis and Teddy, Nate navigates friendship, teamwork, soccer shenanigans, homework disasters, and the ups and downs of fitting in--all with his signature tongue-in-cheek humor. Full-color strips capture school-life chaos, family antics, and middle-grade misadventures, making this collection irresistible for ages 8-10, avid readers, and reluctant readers alike.
