Bird Banding

George Robinson

If you ever wondered how and why birds wear those tiny bracelets on their legs, my book takes you through a day of bird banding. You start with unfurling the nets, then disentangling the netted birds, to bird banding and recording the data for a national database. Finally, the bird is released. I think you will enjoy seeing this process captured in photos.
