Praise for this book

Blue Hunger will fill you up with juicy, charged imagery, "phrases yoked on a tiny necklace," surprising twists, a "fistful of poems to pour into the world," and so many more to spin you around before filling your heart with fresh vision. Terry Wolverton continues to masterfully experiment with the loaded urgency of language and its resonant beauty. I'm so grateful and excited to have this simmering new collection right here beside me.

Kim Dower, Poet Laureate of West Hollywood;

Author of Last Train to the Missing Planet

In successfully marrying poetic forms to "the lonesome echo of the world," Terry Wolverton beckons us with her "wrecked compass" then leaves us to navigate our lives with "rock and want," exposed "in a country of exile and hush." Trust me, Blue Hunger is a compelling read that you will want to read more than once.
