About the Author

Parcell, Joseph: - Joseph Parcell was born in Port Huron, Michigan and grew up harboring an obsession with storytelling. He is a graduate of the New York Film Academy, and still makes movies as often as he can. Parcell lives in East Lansing, Michigan with his beautiful wife and daughter. Blue Water is his first novel.
