Roger Dill co-founded Jazz Business Consulting, specializing in Consulting, Executive Coaching, Training, and Strategic Planning. In 2007, he launched the HeartBeat Division, which serves Christian nonprofit organizations and church congregations. Roger has extensive experience as a Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Executive Director for over 40 years in the church and nonprofit worlds. He is an alumnus of UC Berkeley and Fuller Theological Seminary. Roger resides in Bend, Oregon, with his wife and business partner, Jody, and his beloved dog, Louie.
