Norris, Keenan: - Keenan Norris' first novel, Brother and the Dancer, won the 2012 James D. Houston Award. He's completing his next novel, set in a star-crossed Oakland, and a non-fiction book about Richard Wright, Chicago, and the problem with Chi-Raq. He's the editor of Street Lit: Representing the Urban Landscape and his short work has appeared in numerous forums, including the Los Angeles Review of Books, Oakland Noir, popmatters.com and BOOM: A Journal of California.
