This is such a great book, full of useful information and practical advice without being overwhelming; I absolutely loved it. Its topics on inflammation, gut health, nutrition, and the like are all presented in an easy-to-understand manner, even if you have zero background. The recipes and meal plans are an excellent touch, so that you can easily apply the advice without overthinking it. It also includes items like supplements, probiotics, and even sleep, so it seems well-rounded and realistic. Do read it; it's a helpful & fun read!

I was immediately impressed by how jam-packed this book is with information! Anything you could ever want to know about inflammation, you'll find it in this book. You can really tell the author knows their stuff. I like that there's a section on the importance of sleep and how that's connected to inflammation, something that was new to me. And you get more bang for your buck since it's a 2-in-1 book!
