The United States has a massive stockpile of chemical and biological weapons safely stored and scheduled for destruction. Despite precautions of such a task, an accident shuts down the destruction complex with trapped workers trying to escape and exposing the world to the horrors of these deadly weapons. A lone Colonel is sent inside the complex to set off a small nuclear sterilizing device by hand, to end the destruction that'd ensue if the trapped workers found a way to open the complex to the air and their escape.

After his father passed away at the early age of fifty-two, his family moved to Carmel, New York. Mr. Montagna married carrying on his family's old-style traditions along with his new family's traditions. He currently lives in the Florida Keys, where he interviews media, elected politicians, and government officials and vigilantly analyzes potential terrorist threats.
