This book provides an easy introduction to modern sounding quartal harmony. Mastering quartal harmony usually takes many years. These studies focus on the dominant 7 chord, so you don´t get overwhelmed by all the possibilities. It is a good idea to learn one chord quality with it´s inversions in all keys first. Since the Blues in its basic form only needs dominant 7 chords, it is the perfect form for this study.
