Stacy McAnulty is an engineer who was exposed to cosmic rays and turned into a children's book author! Okay, not really, but if she was a superhero, she'd want to be able to fly! AND talk to dogs. Stacy has written over forty books, including nonfiction picture book Pluto! Not a Planet? Not a Problem!, illustrated by Stevie Lewis, and nonfiction middle grade, Where Are the Aliens? The Search for Life Beyond Earth. Originally from New York, she now lives in North Carolina with her family and as many dogs as she can sneak into the house.
