Food is an important component of a healthy lifestyle.

Having good thoughts and smiling is essential to elevate our vibrations and access to wellness. We can work on our energy field with light and sound to keep our energy high in vibrations; we can exercise physically to release more hormones of happiness; we can meditate to learn to let go of past negative experiences... However, in order to work on those three components, we have to take care of our physical envelop, not only the muscles but also the skin, the skeleton, the organs, and each vessel that allow blood to flow from top to bottom. I believe what we eat and/or drink is what will assist our physical body to stand up and give us permission to move forward. What you put in your plate each day will give you the power to succeed in your life goal.

To help me grow, knowing myself, I needed a strong motivation and my own health was not good enough; helping others would give me this big push. This is how I started to write "Food for Chakras".

Food for Chakras is more than a recipe book for people who want to have a better lifestyle but have bad habits with food. It is not about giving advice to lose your addiction to sugar or craving for chocolate or cheese. I am not there yet. It is a first step into cooking skills, remembering who we are as human beings and what Earth has to offer to our bodies as remedies.

In this experimental book, you will discover the impact of different ingredients on our main organs and energy centers and also facts to understand the connections we have with those colorful wheels and so called chakras.
