About the Author

Skinner, Sharon: - Author Sharon Skinner (The Healer's Legacy, Return to Anoria) has written many published books in the Fantasy, Science Fiction, Poetry and Children's Picture Book genres. With influences ranging from Peter S Beagle to Ursula K Leguin and many styles in between, Sharon is an avid reader and regularly posts her readings on Goodreads.In addition to having nationally published articles, essays and short stories, both fiction and nonfiction, she served for eight years as the Executive Editor of Anthology magazine, a small press literary magazine published in Mesa, Arizona. She served as an Arizona State Library Writer in Residence for three years. She is an experienced workshop presenter and public speaker and has been a guest author/presenter at a variety of book festivals, writing conferences, and conventions.Sharon serves as the Regional Advisor for the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators Arizona. She holds a BA in English, an MA in Creative Writing, and Copy Editing Certificate from Writer's Digest. She is a certified book coach, and manages a separate business entity, Book Coaching by Sharon, for that business. She is an experienced workshop presenter and public speaker and has been a guest author/presenter at a variety of book festivals, writing conferences, and conventions. Sharon has also been a contributing writer for film projects, including Sacrifice from Brick Cave Films. Davis, Bruce: - Author Bruce Davis (Glowgems for Profit, Gold Magic) writes with a hint of the classic detective and a hint of noir across his Science Fiction and Fantasy novels. Influenced by the hard-boiled detective works of Mickey Spillane and similar authors, Bruce brings them thematically into the present day (and future) with skill and storytelling prowess.Bruce is a Mesa AZ based general and trauma surgeon.A United States Navy Veteran with 14 years active duty, including overseas duty with the Seabees, time on large grey boats, and a tour with the Marines during the First Gulf War, he is the author of seven novels.
