This was such a great retelling! Aladdin is actually one of my absolute FAVORITE movies in the world so I was scared to read it but Brooklyn absolutely did this story good! The dark, why choose, mafia addition to a classical childhood favorite really brings this to an adult new level! If you love dark romance and if you love fairytales, this is absolutely your story to read! I WILL be reading more by this author! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Humility was not what I thought it would be when I saw it was an Aladdin retelling.... it blew my expectations out of the water! Brooklyn did such a fantastic job weaving together a fairytale retelling with a mafia twist. The storyline kept me turning page after page, and the spice was perfection! This is a reverse harem with dark themes. Please read trigger warnings before reading. - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The spice, banter, and plot were top notch. The story follows Jasmine who is a mafia princess who has to marry in order to pass on her families legacy. She grew up in a male dominated world, and Jasmine is not about that life. She would rather not get married then be the typical mafia princess. Jasmine is a great FMC, she is so strong and sassy! When she is forced into an arranged marriage, she fights back! - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
