I'll Have To Remember That: Ten Ideas For Living

Lester A. Hoel

This book is a summary of the lessons learned about living based on experiences and observations gathered over a lifetime. If you are interested in reaching your goals in life and you seek happiness and success, then this book could prove useful. The author, a university professor, has spent a lifetime sharing his knowledge with others. A good teacher can synthesize and organize a wide range of material in a clear and logical fashion so it can be easily absorbed by the listener. The purpose of this book is to present ideas for living and in a manner that is easily understood. There is a great deal of material available regarding self-improvement, but often the basic principles from these guides cannot easily be distilled. This book is organized in ten short chapters with specific suggestions to achieve your goals, five that describe what you must do yourself and five that discuss the importance of other people in your life. Often in lectures when explaining an idea it would be summarized with a catchy phrase. A student invariably would exclaim "I'll have to remember that." Thus the title of each of the chapters is an easily remembered phrase which captures the essence of that topic.
