A recent Gallup poll found that 85% of workers are dissatisfied with their job. Since most people will spend the majority of their waking hours at their job, this is an incredibly sad statistic. Unfortunately it is also a statistic that has been accepted as the norm of adult life: dreading Mondays, living for the weekend, and trading our most valuable resources (our energy and our time) for a paycheck. I am not okay with the dismal outlook that most people will not enjoy what they do and am adamant there has to be a better way. The I Love Mondays! movement was created to bring more laughter and engagement to the workplace. This book is filled with 75 activities that are designed to give you a new view of your job.
