SOM Networks was founded by Celebrity journalist Rueben Wood. Upon founding the media company it has become the a leading force in entertainment and business. SOM Networks houses 2 magazines, 2 radio stations, its signature television network, and a host of sites/blogs. The network plans to launch officially in March 2016, with its channel being the leading force. While SOM Magazine, (originally Spaced Out Magazine), had become the major backing for the companies structure, the network has created a basis for it as a whole to thrive to new feats.
