About the Author

San Diego Book Award winner Carolyn Clarke is a second-generation yoga and meditation instructor. Since 2002, she has taught yoga and relaxation to kids-over one thousand children and counting. She also trains adults to teach yoga and relaxation to kids. She lives with her husband in San Diego, California.
