Donovan, Lisa: -

Lisa Donovan, Ph.D., is a professor in the Fine and Performing Arts Department at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Previously, she served as Lesley University's Director of the Creative Arts in Learning Division. Dr. Donovan has published widely and presented across the country and internationally on arts integration, rural arts education, and arts integration assessment. She is the 2021 Recipient of the Massachusetts ArtsLearning Irene Buck Service to Arts Education Award.

Pascale, Louise: -

Louise Pascale, Ph.D., Professor Emerita at Lesley University has worked for over 30 years in the field of arts integration. Her research interest focuses on investigating ways singing and music impact cultural reference, community building, and education. She's committed to providing opportunities for children and teachers to experience the joy of music, opening up possibility for everyone to sing, make music, and build strong learning communities. As founder and director of the Afghan Children's Songbook and Literacy Project, Inc., Dr. Pascale's work has been internationally recognized for its impact on education and children's traditional music in Afghanistan.
